Like a fool, I clicked on someone's buddy info and it had this link that gave me a virus....now I can't get rid of the link that's in MY buddy info.

anyone find a fix for this?

I've been downloading ever virus checker, to no avail. :fyou

I've seen that on a lot of my buddy's info pages, but clicked it before and nothing happened to me.

Maybe try re-installing AIM and see if that works.

didn't work.

It doesn't mess up my other AIM names, just the one. I try to reedit my info and it just stays there.

Go to aim.com and type in the error your getting and you may find a quick fix there. Maybe you should somehow delete the profile, if possible from my computer or something or reset your aim settings and then it would be workable.

if it's the talkstocks bulls*** where it says Whoaaa.....Look what I found etc

alt ctrl delete and close b.exe

go to C:/Windows folder and delete b.exe

finally, go to Start->Run and type msconfig

go to startup and uncheck b.exe
