Spring Training Trip - Recommendations

Featured Replies

Clicked thru the board a bit and didn't see anything, so sorry if this is duplicated somewhere here.

Taking my son out to Glendale this weekend for a handful of games. First time going to Spring Training since going when I was super young in Sarasota. My son is 11, so he wants all the autographs and selfies, we want to see as much of the backfield stuff as possible, etc.

Any recommendations? How early do things get fired up on the backfields? Do the minor league games out back start at the same time as the MLB games in the stadium?

Appreciate any insights anyone may have.

There is some info in this thread from last month:

I'm sure there are some ones from previous years but might be tough to find
