I'm considering road trips next season and wanted opinions of which one to do 1st:

Barons

Or

Knights & Cannonballers

I have not been to any of those stadiums. Just drove by Charlotte stadium once and it seemed nice.

Any thoughts are much appreciated.

Having been to all of them I would recommend the North Carolina teams and use Charlotte as your base. The Knights ballpark is absolutely gorgeous and in downtown Charlotte so you could get a hotel room and walk to games. Kannapolis is an easy 30 minute drive from Charlotte and Winston-Salem is approximately 1.5 hours so a bit more of a trek so I would make that more dependent on your schedule.

If you are coming from the Midwest I would recommend stopping in Asheville for a night or two and checking out the Biltmore, the breweries around town and venture into the local national forests that surround it. Enjoy!

I did want to check out the Asheville area for all it's waterfalls and microbrews. Thanks for sharing.

Plus I totally spaced on Winston Salem.
