Ever hear of: Matt Morris Billy Koch (Yes that Billy Koch) Mariano Rivera Scott Williamson Kerry Wood John Smoltz Hmmmmmmmmmm they've all had the surgery, and they all appear just fine. Jon Lieber still has an excellent chance to return.
