January 30, 200323 yr I am going to Soxfest on Saturday. I was hoping to get there early enough to Frank's autograph. How early do you think I should get there, before the lines cut off ? Thanks
January 31, 200323 yr For Thomas, EARLY. I usually don't get autographs, but make sure you get there about 30 minutes before it starts, someone else may be more helpfull though. Mario
January 31, 200323 yr Author Well, he starts at 11 and signs 800 autographs, so do you think if I get there at 8:30 I would be safe (there's a lot of other popular players signing early too: Buerhle, Baines, etc...) ?
January 31, 200323 yr If you really want Frank, I'd be where the line is at 8:30. The Sox do count the number of signers and will turn people away over the limit so if you really want Frank, you should get there as early as you can, because Frank will have a line. Show up early, what's the worst that can happen? Show up later, what's the worst that can happen? I am amazed sometimes how early some people get in line. So go for what you want.
January 31, 200323 yr I heard Thomas' line is going to be packed. I'd get up, drive to chicago by 6:00, get breakfast, and get in line. Bring something to do, and bring a chair, the floor sucks after a while.
