Case in point was when the FBI caught that Washington National Guard soldier trying to pass information about his unit to Al Quaeda via an internet chat room.

(In best little kid's voice) Nuke's thinking like a Democrat! Some Gop'ers believe that there is no expectation of privacy on the internet and search warrants are not legally necessary. Besides, if you are innocent, what do you have to hide?
