February 6, 200323 yr It depends on the wording of their contract. Most will simply stay in the minor leagues and pitch there hoping they earn the shot to eventually get called up to the majors. They signed a minor league deal, so that is where they will stay unless they ask for their release, and I'm assuming that the White Sox would grant them that if it was what they wished for.
