Ground Rule Double

Featured Replies

Crede's hit bounced once and cleared the wall, making it a 2 run double in most situations. If he had homered we would have gotten four runs, why didn't we get two for that? I know it's a small point and the Sox won so it's all good.

If it stands as is I can personally guarantee Crede will drive in 99 runs this year :P

Heh, i could stand Crede coming through with 99 RBI's. I thought that was a grand slam, Crede seemed to think the same too as he was running, he mouthed to a played i thought it was glad slam or something like that.

I'm just happy we won :)

We talked about that somewhere else, and the reason is because the second runner never crossed the plate and Crede didn't touch second. Supposedly Ventura had a walk off homer with a guy on third, he touched first and joined his team. He was credited with a single.
