championship.

Jose Ramos scored three minutes into play to give Brownsville

 

Lopez a 1-0 lead.

 

The Lobos doubled their lead five minutes later when state

 

tournament Most Valuable Player Ivan Morales scored on a direct

 

kick.

 

Emmanuel Jaramillo made six saves to preserve the victory.

 

Brenham avoided the shutout in the 77th minute when Casey Hibbs

 

scored on a direct kick.
