Thousands dead in North Korea

Featured Replies

Yea and the interesting part is Kung Jou Poo II (North Korea's leader) was there a couple of hours before that happened. Could you imagine if he were still there?

(It's Bush's fault!)

[Conspiracy Thoughts] Do you think this was a terrible accident or an attack? [/Conspiracy Thoughts]

IMO it is almost certianly an accident. NK is sooooo sealed off from the rest of the world that is would be about impossible for any outsiders to have done it. And they are soooo spied (Kim Jong Il is nuts) upon that if it was anyone within the country they also would have known about it.

Also as a country NK is sooo broke right now that even essential services are cut to way under sustainable levels. It could be equiptment that wasn't repaired, or broke, or not enough people monitering stuff... or it could be human error. i am sure we will find out soon enough.

Holy crud. The magnitude is staggering and it is tragic beyond words to see loss of life on that scale.
