danman31 Posted May 2, 2004 Share Posted May 2, 2004 Charlotte and Bham are delayed, but Winston-Salem won 6-5 in 11. Sweeney went 0-2 before being taken out of the game. Brian Anderson went 0-5, but Nanita played his first good game of the season (at least I think it is) with a 3-5 performance. danman31 Posted May 2, 2004 Share Posted May 2, 2004 Charlotte defeated Louisville 5-3. Reed went 1-3 with a stolen base. Borchard also went 1-3 with a run. Jose Valentin went 0-3 with another 2 Ks. The game was shortened to 6 innings. Also of note is that Tim Hummel played 3B for Louisville. Box Score Bham lost 2-1 to Chattanooga. Ryan Meaux pitched pretty well in 6 innings of work.
