Rob that was a great article and I sure hope that Rauch wins the 5th starter slot and if he doesn't, it better only be because the Sox aren't planning on using a 5th starter so instead they carry someone like Loiaza so Rauch can get more work in down in AAA until they need a full time 5th man.

 

Rauch is going to be really good.

Two biggest rookies obviously are Borchard and Rauch. Rauch will be ready just in time for opening day. He will be in full force on that 5th game of the season, I hope. As for Borchard, he is starting in AAA Charolette. I think he will be good to go about a month after the season starts. Either way, the Sox rookies this year should and will be a big impact on this years season.
