Yeah, go for it. I'd like to hear how certain players are doing in ST and stuff like that.

 

One thing that a friend of mine asked me is what Frank's weight is coming into ST. He was supposedly working out for hours a day during the off-season, so one would think he'd be in mid-90's shape. Anyone have a clue?

sir, Frank is listed at 275...my guess is at least 10-20 pounds...I got a chance to talk with him at sox fest...
