This site charges.................$.01 per megabyte...Yes, that's a penny...so you only get charged between $.03 and $.04 cents a song...also you can encode your songs in any of these formats..MP3, AAC, Ogg Vorbis, Windows Media, or MusePack.

 

I'm freaken tempted to sign up...You have to open an account..putting like 10, 20, 30 bucks an account(you can choose) also lets you use paypal if you're worried about giving them you credit card..

 

It's based out of Russia, so it's legal there...not sure about here..but if you want to get technical about it..you are paying for the song, so f*** you RIAA :finger
