Great quote...

Featured Replies

From the Daily Herald's Barry Rozner:

ABC Radio's Keith Olbermann, after the Mets touched up Braves pitcher Jung Bong: "They got three hits off Bong. They're in midseason form.''

Olbermann is funny as hell, a few years back he kept saying s*** about the XFL and he said something like "The player formerly known as HE HATE ME will soon be changing his name to WE BE CANCELED"

He never should of left sportscenter!

Keith Olberman is the funniest sports guy around....he and Dan Patrick on Sportscenter were awesome....Patrick hasn't been the same since he left.

While it's a great quote, I hardly think it is that clever. I mean, it isn't hard to link a pitcher named Bong to a team rumored to be stoned more often than not in 2002. Surely Olberman has had better.

Oh lighten up! :D It was funny and it happened to be at the expense of a NY team, which makes it all the better.

Fox offered him an outrageous amount of money (I think it was $1M) to jump ship. Let's be honest -- $1M to read a telepromter and watch sports all day? He'd be a FOOL to not take it. Afterall, his family has to eat. :)

Yeah, I am sure they were on foodstamps :(
