BrandoFan
The crow-eating should have been done in the first 2 months of the season when Uribe was an All-Star stud. Now, after Uribe has been brutal for a while, let's not f***ing jinx him, ok? Lord knows, Juan needs a cold hard look at himself because he has stunk up the joint lately. Terrible approach that might earn him a trip down to the minors if he doesn't do something radical about it. So he didn't screw up with a man at 3rd and 1 out and game tied....Timo Perez's 2-out 3-run hit was WAY, WAY more clutch and he's the hero of the game. Yeah, I thought it was wrong when ESPN named Uribe player of the game. I could see that if we were down a run and he shot one off the wall, but all it took was a fly ball to get the job done. He did it, and props for that. Timo, Carlos were more deserving than he, but I would have given it to Konerko.
baggio202
id have given it to timo...that at bat with the bags juiced was so clutch...the at bat itself..going down early in the count..fighting off tough pitches..working the count back to , um what was it 2-2 or 3-2?? , before lacing a sharp single to RF.... timo is starting to become one of my favorites..he seems to have that valentin ability to look like crap all game long then come up huge late....
