July 25, 200421 yr I was at the Phillies game that Thursday night where we had the rainout, so we have three tickets from that game to redeem for tickets to another game of our choice. I think I know the rules for this, but just thought I'd ask here to confer that they are in fact true. Must we trade in the Phillies tickets for our new tickets on the same day as the game, or may we trade them in earlier? In addition, must it be done at the Comiskey Park ticket office? Thanks for helping me out here, as I've never been to a rainout before prior to this.

It must be done at the ticket office but you can exchange the tickets for any other game that isn't already sold out.
July 25, 200421 yr Author And for equal or lesser value Since it is a half price Tuesday game that we're going to, does that mean that we could choose the most expensive seats since our original seats were for section 151?
July 25, 200421 yr Heather, you should call the Sox and speak to one of the ticket reps, but here is my understanding - If you go to the actual make up game - Monday 8/30 vs. Phillies, you can exchange them for best available, equal or lessor value. Same is true if you exchange them for another game. Look at the original face value of the tickets - you can exchange them for equal or lessor value seats. I also presume you can upgrade by paying an add'l fee.
