A-Rod...

“I was on my way to first base and I got punched in the mouth by a glove,” Rodriguez said.<

Yankees general manager Brian Cashman saw it the same way.<

“I don't think we're sitting here today if Jason just walks up the line with Alex,” he said. “I think A-Rod, four games, doesn't make sense.”<

“I thought we were a lot more peacemakers than the guys on the other side of the fence,” he said.<

I just don't understand how A-rod can say that, I really dont.

or howabout him repitedly saying "f*** you" right before the fight broke out

Is ARod a f***ing moron? He mouthed "f*** you" to Varitek twice and motioned with his hand to "come on". What a joke. If baseball reduces his suspension at all then they are retarded. Also, Sturtze grabbed Kapler from behind, around the neck in a headlock and pulled him away and yet they both get the same penalty? Ok...

You also have no idea what Varitek was saying to Arod the whole time. Maybe he was calling Arod a pussy, thereby turning himself into the instigstor. Takes a lot of guts for a catcher, wearing all that padding, to start a fight. Find out what varitek said first, then see who 'instigated' it.

But major league baseball has no way of knwoing either. So they cant justify accepting whatever ARod tells them unless Varitek had the same story...which i would doubt if it incriminated himself

You can easily read A-Rod’s lips. He was telling the Red Sox catcher “f*** you” several times and later told him to BRING IT! BRING IT! I LMAO when I saw the video.

Overrated.

Im guessing Varitek said something along the lines of "just get walking" and boy what a concept it is to get hit by a pitch and walk to first base.

A-Rod, Sturtze and the Yankees are the only ones to blame for this thing, and like usual the Yankees get the benefit of the doubt.

Pathetic, Bud, PATHETIC.

I thought ARod said "f*** you, motherf***er" to the pitcher, that's when Varitek stepped in and ARod "invited" him to partake of some action. Varitek obliged him. :)

That's what i saw.

A-Rod started walking and then i'd assume the pitcher said something and that's when he stopped and said f*** You then Varitek came and you see him turn and say f*** you (too). Then Varitek hit him in the face.

Oh and if Varitek was a true hardass he would have taken off the facemask. Only thing A-Rod could do was claw at his eyes.

That's what i saw.

I Varitek was a true DUMBASS, then he would have taken off the mask.

Your assumption that Bronson said something is completely wrong. He said nothing...

A-rod, the piece of s*** that he is, decided a 80 mile per hour breaking ball was past his pain threshold and he snapped.

Also, you can't except Varitek to take off his mask, give me a break.

your pathetic.

And you're a tad bit biased.

If Varitek really wanted to fight, he would have taken the mask off.

Im sure the first thing on Jason's mind was "Nokona from Soxtalk won't think I really want to fight unless I take my mask off"
