Extradition isn't possible without government cooperation and France simply doesn't want to get involved. Their stance has been as long as he doesn't do anything wrong here, we're not stepping in. And since he's the equivilant in France to what an American is here in the USA (kinda like a citizen) we can't just "go get him". As for the rest of your post.. you are just crazy

Smelly Jock Ch-Iraq really pisses me off. Why dont we cut all trade with France and boycott all their goods. What do we get from them anyway? Nothin. French wine and other minor crap. I really hate the French government. For Vichy and now all this crap with Iraq and Polanski. They arent a friend of ours... Ewe, you know what I hate?
