Looks like the Sox will be in Tucson for a couple of more years. There was an article in one of the LA papers about two weeks ago which said the Angels have told the folks at Tempe Diablo Stadium they'll be staying there through 2007. It had been speculated the Angels would try to move to another facility sooner, with the White Sox moving into Tempe, assuming they could get another team to take over the lease in Tucson.

The Angels are going to build a new spring training facility in Goodyear, which is a southwestern suburb of Phoenix, but it appears it won't be ready for a couple of years.
