Did the organization announce what the plans are with the blue seats from the Cell? Are they available to purchase??

    No official announcement has been made as far as I know, but the blue seats that were taken out during the upper-deck renovation were made available to the public. So I would assume they'll be sold at some point. Anyone else have the upper-deck seats???
