Cali, I tried a little searching for some Killswitch mp3s online.  Can you hook me up with where I can find some of their and Opeth's stuff?

Killswitch Engage

Go to the "downloads" section, you can get 2 mp3's and a Video for the Song "My Last Seranade"(Awesome Song)

KsE 2

You can get 4 songs here.

Just a note for you, the lead singer in all the song is no longer in the band, his voice would alwaysgive out at shows, and coupled with the fact that he just got married, he left the band. The guy that they got to replace him, is equally as good as him. He can scream and sing just like the original singer.

I couldn't find any Opeth stuff on line, if you have a peer to peer sharing program of anykind, you should be able to find stuff by them quite easily. If you're looking for a reccomendation, the first song I heard, and the one that got me into them is called "Demon of the Fall" And just fair warning, the singer will sound funny at first, and it definately takes some gettting used to, but while he can scream in a low ass devil voice, he can also sing like a freaking angel, it's scary to think that it's the same guy singing, but it is...

I couldn't find any Opeth (then again I wasn't searching that much since I was working on my 10 page paper about Che Guevara's revolution movement in Bolivia and discussing Bolivia's socio-political structure at the time to show why his movement failed) but I did listen to Killswitch Engage.

They are pretty goddamn good. They kind of remind me of Against All Authority (without the horns). :headbang

KsE do indeed ROCK! :headbang :headbang Definately one of my favorite bands right now, I can't wait to see them live, whenever they come around here...

Gentleman, I am sorry for saying a music genre sucks. I just think under my own opinion that that music is depressing and isn't really music IMO.
