Edwards projected 40 is better than Williams.

 

Also think Edwards will put up a pretty good vert, etc.

Know what, I still think Williams are better, but I'm going to have to check on that.

 

He should have him in the 40 and other speed drills, but Williams has an advantage in vert and hands.

 

I wouldn't be suprised one bit if Edwards combine numbers are fantastic, in fact, his comine numbers may surpass Williams'; but, as we all know, combines aren't an end-all, be-all when assessing talent. I think what Williams shows in his combine will be enough to move ahead of Edwards on draft day.

I do think "shutdown" is overused for corners. People are looking for the next Dunta Robinson, not hte next Trufant. And when I say that I mean a rookie that plays like a vet in year 1, whereas Trufant looks wonderful but had some gorwing pains. I've read antoine windfield-pac comps and they sound reasonable
