April 9, 200322 yr Pete Gammons of Baseball Tonight came up with a new stat. Tuesday night Keith Foulke saved one for the A's, and Pete said that out of his last 43 one run save possibilities, Foulke was successful 37 times.

He can be unhappy...and still do a helluva job.
April 10, 200322 yr While I agree with the deal, I am not sure why JM never gave Foulke a real chance to win back the closers role last year. Espesially after re essentially refused to bench either Carlos or Frank when they slumped badly last year.
