The black T-shirt, which is selling at some local Wal-Mart stores for a suggested retail price of $12.96, features the outline of a skull, the insignia of The Punisher -- a Marvel character known for dishing out vigilante justice with oversized firearms. Filling in that skull outline are a number of yellow and red-coloured mugshots, one of which seems to be the premier's -- taken in Maui when he was arrested for impaired driving two years ago.
