In a situation that involves back/neck/spine type injuries you ALWAYS overreact.  If there is a broken bone in the spine, one wrong move can result in paralysis.  They did exactly what they were supposed to do there.

 

True. As I stated though, you could tell from the video he was fine. I have had more than one patient walk around with a fractured bone in the cervical region for a week before it was found. It all depends if it is displaced or not.
