South Africa has the highest crime rate of any country in the world that furnishes statistics to the UN and other agencies that track the data. It also has one of the highest rates of HIV infection. It is a country unraveling, which is very sad because it is a beautiful country with many resources.

This is why there's a massive HIV epidemic in Africa: Men, on average, have no respect for the women in their lives. If they're not beating them senseless at home, they're off having sex with prostitutes.

 

Throwing money and condoms at Africa is a complete waste of time and taxpayer money. Nothing's going to change until their attitudes do.
