Pitching duel in KC

Featured Replies

The Royals have a one zip lead thanks to a Mike Sweeney solo HR. There are only 5 hits combined in the game, and they are in the 6th inning.

The s***ty bullpen everyone keeps dogging them for won't have to play if their starters keep blazing.

I've been saying for a week or two now that, as long as their starters keep going out there with quality starts, KC is the team to beat..... and will be the team to beat until they are knocked out of first place.

Oh wow Torri Hunter got doubled off of second for the last out of the game. I wonder what exactly happened??? Anyone see anything?

I didn't see anything. One thing is for sure though, the Sox could sink Minnesota's ship this weekend.

He took off on a fly ball when there was only one out, must have forgotten how many outs there were. They flipped it into the infield to double him off

Damn...why can't the Twins and Royals both lose in the same game
