Did anybody go to the Carlos Mencia show last night in Vernon Hills? My sister went and said it was, while sketchy, very funny.

I really don't find him funny at all. All the promos for his show, the things he was saying, nothing was really original. Old men using Viagra, Skinny Girls, Adam and Eve, it's all stuff we've heard before.

He is doing work for free speech and some of his stuff is pretty amusing.

 

I loved his discussion of Prop 187 in California saying he was getting everybody he could to vote for it (it would boot illegal Mexicans out) because he couldn't wait to see all the white people in the fields picking crops complaining about how hot it was etc.

Mencia and most hispanic comedians are great, especially mencia hes hilarious. His one of the best new shows on comedy central along with stella, that show is so f***ed up but hilarious.
