The Boston Fans at the Game Tonight

The only time I've ever been close to getting into a fight at a Sox game is when the Red Sox were in town. (This was in 2000 or 2001.) They have the biggest mouths, by far, of any MLB team's fans.

Well, he was trying to provoke it. I, of course, took the high road and did not take the bait.

I said I was close, remember.... :fight

I don't call 'em the Red Cubs for nothing......

They didn't used to be that way, but they sure have become cubbified in recent years haven't they?

OK, then, what was the point of your original post?

I woulda gone to jail too if my younger brother wasn't there. Instead, I just decided to kick his ass when we got home for rooting for the Red Sox. And the "Let's Go Red Sox" got on my damn nerves.

Balance, if you'll notice, anytime Steff has something to say, its a rip. She has obviously never heard "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all."

Just ignore her, that's what most people here do nowadays, anway.

The thing i'm trying to figure out is what percentage of these red sox fans are fairweather? How many are just die hards that have ended up in Chicago, or traveled out for the weekend? If they are die hards and are annoying, it sucks...but if they are typical fair weather pieces of crap, then it's 100 times worse. I really don't have a clue on the percentages though.

Remember how we, as White Sox fans, are trying to overcome the stereotype of drunken idiots who attack coaches, umpires, and players?

Don't be that guy.

It's easy to spot the troublemakers and s*** starters, like Steve9347.

No offense was meant by my post and if you ever do feel like I've offended you, just let me know and I'll apologize or clarify. ;)

You see, Balance, you just never know Steff. Sometimes she will rip you to shreads and burninate you so bad. Other times, she will play the sweet, nicey-nice role. My advice, don't fall for the 2nd one...

I'm officially over it. Let's all be friends!
