August 7, 200520 yr if you're ever in the upper tank anywhere behind home plate, MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE you don't get the first two seats or the last two seats in row 7. There are two staircases that go up beside each tunnel entrance in rows 1-6 and then the two aisles converge to a single center aisle at row 7. basically everyone blocks your view coming up the stairs from 1-6 and logjams happen in front of you every inning. Ugh. Worst seats in the house. What a f***ing nightmare.
August 7, 200520 yr Mine were pretty bad as well. Not because of the location, but because of the middle-aged female Cub fans next to me and behind me that barely had a clue about baseball and were more into the Cubs score (they were losing 7-1 and then when I looked next it was 9-5). My mom and I were doing this the whole game -> :banghead
August 7, 200520 yr Today, I got to the park around 1:30, and I was so happy when I learned that seats in the back row (literally) of the Upper Deck were still available. The people around me were mostly great, except for two Cub fans who would stand up and high-five each other every time a Sox batter made an out. But from the Aaron Rowand catch on, they were cheering for the Sox. I think I saw bandwagoners born. Ah, the miracle of nature.
August 7, 200520 yr Lol I was at the game too, and there were a bunch of drunks behind me asking each other what a "magic number" is and who was supposed to be our best pitcher and that we were favorites for something called the "wild Card", the position where you get a bye week in the playoffs.

Bye weeks, wildcard, magic numbers......
