Not really sure what happened or when it went out, but I've contacted the server company and told them to give us a backup on a different server so if anything happens they will fix it.

 

They still have to get back to me, but I am doing my best to ensure problems like this don't happen again.

 

From what I was told it was a dns problem with many ISP's so some people would of been able to gain acess while others couldn't.
