September 14, 200520 yr That is good news. My sister had a bolt in her hip removed a few years ago. It was placed to hold the growth cap to the bone so the legs would be close to equal in height. Too bad Dr Dumbass left them in too long (should have been removed when she was 16 but wouldn't) and one leg is 1/4" shorter because the bolt couldn't extend any further.
