A photo of favorite son Scott Podsednik, framed above a U.S. Cellular Field postcard carrying a Chicago postmark, was selling faster than stamps—for $19.99. Sounded like another Podsednik steal. "We started with about 150 last month, and now we're almost sold out—especially after Sunday night," Postmaster Greg Nors said. Sunday night, the guy known in these parts as the 1994 prom king at West High School became Chicago baseball royalty for life with a walk-off home run in the ninth inning to win Game 2 of the World Series over the Houston Astros...
