The way we did it was you make one pick only.  That is why you have up until the first pitch of the game to switch your pick.  Otherwise it gets too confusing because you could have a scenario where you player doesn't start but pinchhits or something like that.  It is just easier to give people one player.

OK, just checking. My problem is that I work nights and am usually sound asleep at game time. So, if my pick doesn't start I do not get the opportunity to change it. But that's cool, I'll just give it my best shot. BTW, thanks for doing this.
