sox4lifeinPA Posted November 17, 2005 Share Posted November 17, 2005 Got sopeanaed over the weekend. I get to go to a preliminary hearing for the guy who robbed our bank. I have only two requests: 1) Defendant admits he's a dumbass 2) Defendant admits I could have kicked his ass if it weren't for the gun and bank policies telling me not to interact with the Robber. He could walk free for all I care. Just so those things meet. That being said...this dumb ass, who I could have destroyed, is going to jail for a LONG time. 4 counts of assualt, 4 counts of robbery, 4 counts of etc. anyone go to one of these? I get paid by the bank to go, and I'm hoping I'm bored for 4-5 hours (so I don't have to go back to work ) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I was there for a few hours, they called me, asked about 20 questions, then I was done. The questions took about a half hour. Pretty boring. It'll be weird to see this kid. He's 23, drug problems, and a lot of people knew him because he graduated in the area. It'll be nice to not have to go to work most of the day.
