November 23, 200520 yr QUOTE(hammerhead johnson @ Nov 22, 2005 -> 03:15 PM) Chandler is 22 years old, not 32. Remember, he's still a baby in NBA terms. He's trying to adjust to a new position. He'll probably have to move back to PF, which is fine. I envisioned him as a ranger out of the C, but when he peaks, I'd much rather have him guarding the Duncans, Garnetts, and Stoudamires of the world. You've gotta admit he's looking s***ty as hell so far. Please let me know when he's ready to peak, because he's getting paid like a player that should have been getting much, much closer to the so-called peak that you envision. I've lost all hope of him ever bulking up and don't get surprised watching him get pushed around, for the most part, anymore.

In Tyson, I envision a legendary or damn near legendary defensive force on the strength of these intangibles: Rare Size & Athleticism Excellent Work Ethic & Will To Win Mean Streak He'll come around. And I've already said numerous times that he has no offensive upside. If you can't dribble, you are absolutely f***ed in this league on the offensive end w/ very few exceptions (Shaq, Yao, Ilaguaskus, etc). 10 million per year to a 22 year old is laughable, but that's just the way it is.
