I was out at 6am with the wife and mom-in-law. The traffic and crowds were suprisingly thin. It was probably due to the fact that there really weren't many good deals this year. Went to Wal-Mart in the afternoon and they still had entire pallets of their early-bird specials.

 

I got a couple of good deals including a TV and DVD recorder both for under $100. Pretty much finished up all our shopping for friends and family.
