December 9, 200520 yr I go to school fulltime in my spare time through the local community college. I'm taking advantage of their online courses which means that I really don't attend classes but complete all my required work, research, and reading online at my home. My monitor is dying and I'm looking to purchase a new lcd. I'm just curious if the monitor would be deductible as a school expense? Any input would be appreciated.
December 9, 200520 yr Probably not - at least the way you are describing it - unless you're a teacher, but that's another subject.
