Well, that's not going to happen. It's not practical.

 

But, look for JM to get fired if we don't play MUCH better over the next few games.

 

I think his job may have been saved today. But, I'm not an "insider", so what do I know? ;)

Well Cooper better not be going anywhere. I don't really have that many problems with the staff so to speak, but with the head skipper who claims he is a small ball manager, yet he never puts on hit and runs and its why this team has hit into so many dp's. A good manager wouldn't sit and wait for the dp's they would do things to shorten the swing and prevent dp's, like stolen bases, bunts, and hit and runs.

He knows about as much as any of us do, I'd say.

 

And I too think it saved his job, but of course if the Sox continue to play poorly, it will only be delaying the inevitable. But, if the Sox can turn it around, there's no doubt that today's game will be the reason he wasn't fired.
