Cheap college swag

Featured Replies

Hey - anyone been to Steve & Barry's?

I saw an article in Time Out Chicago a few weeks back that said they carry all kinds of great university wear - sweatshirts, hats, etc, and all for less than $10...

True?

Indiana has one. Everything is less than $20. Decent, but not great stuff.

you get what u pay for. cheap price for cheap clothing.

Exactly.

I laugh so hard seeing people wearing those $10 leather jackets. My dumbass roommate bought a bunch of them and tried to sell them on ebay for a higher price.

Good thing he kept the receipt. :bang

yeah, I just bought a cheap college sweatshirt and the inside of it shed all over the t-shirt I was wearing underneath, Im sticking with fewer, but high quality sweathshirts

Everything in the store is $7.99 and where I wouldnt touch some of the "pleather" jackets, the swaetshirts are actually not bad. I have one embroidered hoody that is very comfortable and snug. The sweats I would reccomend, all their other stuff is kinda sketchy.

I like my phony Michigan State basketball jersey I got from them.

It's comfortable and not bad material.

It just has "spartans" on the front instead of the actual State logo.

For $7.98, you can't beat it.

I don't understand why all of their Maryland stuff is orange. But if you want a real deal look for the international basketball jerseys. Haiti is stylin. B)
