Baseball cards

Featured Replies

i was looking though a stack of baseball cards and i found a paul konerko draft card for a 95' pinacle i thought it was kind of cool i already had him in a hard cover when he was first drafted by the dodgers

Konerko was the man in the Dodgers organization. First game I ever saw him play was at the free way series against the Anaheim Angels. Karros was going to miss about the first month of the season so PK was going to be their starting first baseman.

He hits 2 homers and I told my dad that guy is awesome. He struggled with the Dodgers out of the gate, got traded later that year and eventually wound up with the Sox. Since that one two homer day, he's been my favorite player.
