November 3, 200223 yr It looks like the Sox are talking to him about joining the organization in some way. At first I speculated that it would be as a first base coach or 3rd base coach, but maybe he will replace one of the minor league managers that gets called up to become one of the base coaches. I think we'll see who our new coaches are by Wednesday. Personally I think Kim is a solid guy to bring in here. He isn't a major league manager, but that doesn't make him bad.
