May 6, 200619 yr I wish all the best for Joe. He's not in a good hitting ballpark, but he's getting the chance to play everyday now, and that's what he was after all along. And hopefully he can make the most of it. The Marlins actually don't have that bad of a lineup down there, especially if they decide to hang onto Miggy Cabrera (still like Keith's trade proposal a while back that included players like Sweeney and Broadway though).
May 6, 200619 yr QUOTE(ThinWhiteDuque @ May 6, 2006 -> 01:02 PM) Sorry, I was just being a smartass...I should have written that statement in green. I just asked, because if you were talking about the Mariners, you would have been right. He went 2 for 9 with the M's in like 9 games, and went 3 for 5 in his first game with the Marlins.
May 6, 200619 yr As long as he does not play for the Cubs or any AL central team, I hope Borchard tears up the entire MLB (unless it is against the Sox).
May 6, 200619 yr Just looked in on him. A walk so far against Mulder. St Lou up 1-0 on a passed ball by Miguel Olivo.
