Lets get it started

Hard to beat 8-0 with a 2.18 ERA, 1.08 WHIP, and 2 SHO. Then throw on 53Ks and only 9BBs in 82.2IP.

The surprising stat is that teams are actually batting .261 against him, so if this stays true, his other numbers will eventually get worse.

It's the 1/3 mark, not the 1/4 mark.

Webb is a big time sinker baller he gets tons of ground balls some find holes but the next batter will not be so lucky and hits into the GBDP. Very few line drive hits until he starts to tire late game. The DP is really his best friend.

ESPN's Cy Young Predictor has Webb, Glavine, Tom Gordon, Arroyo, and Billy Wagner in that order.

In case anyone is interested.

Contreras is very much getting f***ed by the lack of run support.

El sigh.

I didn't realize Webb had so many ip. One more point.

He's just been unreal. 7 more ip, 5 more k tonight.
