Farmer says Tracey was told to hit someone and didn't do it which is why he was yelled at, but not why he was sent down. It was embarrassing to do it in front of everyone but Farmer has been in that position before. Ozzie may have talked to him later to settle Tracey down, but it was just to send a message. Farmer has not talked to Ozzie however.
