You certainly do not know your facts at all the court ruled on MARCH 1ST 2005 when those two justices we no where close to the court. And I would agree with you 97% of time but what Malvo done clearly showed adult behavior and needed to be executed for his actions he for no reason destroyed many families and killed innocent and unsuspecting victims.
