Hopefully the ACLU loses this case. They have no business getting involved involved here. Private land + Private Money= HANDS OFF ACLU. Besides a "likeness of Jesus" this is very nit picky why don't they go and fight some really miscarriages of justice instead of private memorial to Hurricane victims. And some people wonder why so many people hate the ACLU

Good lets hope they battle it out and the Republican sneaks in and pulls the upset. Now why do these senators now support Lamont now instead of Liberman? Why can't the demos stand behind someone or thing? This reminds me of 2003/04 when Howard Dean looked to be the nominee and all the libs come running over to support him just to support Kerry when Dean started to falter. If they were to stand behind something and stay with it instead of changing every time the wind blows a different way they would have much more support.

The UN is not an effective organization because they are weak. Iran could keep building weapons and the UN would say "OK just don't build anymore" And the security council to vote for intervention would take a country being destroyed. That is why they are useless.

Really you made this all about Yates when really I was talking about the serial sniper. I only said that if Yates is going to a hospital then so will this guy. Well I am not really even saying for Dean to get Lamont out maybe to get Joe to quit but really just make sure that who ever lose the primary doesn't run as a 3rd party candidate. Also Lincoln Chaffee is a democrat as far I am concerned. He supports nothing that republicans do not one thing so who really cares if he loses in fact I hope he does lose in primaries because it will give a honest republican a chance to win. Chaffee is only a democrat wrapped in republican wrapper. My only grumble is the people who don't then complain. If you don't vote then you have no right to complain and that goes for all elections. As far as I am concerned you lose your right to criticize government if you do not vote.

You would think someone like Howard Dean would say whoa we can't afford the republicans taking this seat somebody needs to back down.
