The Sox will miss interleague play where they went 14-4 while beating up the Cardinals, Astros, Pirates and Cubs. With the chance of a sweep against the Cubs, the Sox bats came up strong but Mark Buehrle and Cliff Politte faltered in a high scoring affair while the Orioles finished up their series with the Braves with a loss.
