2006 Draft Recap: Rounds 31-40

A lot of great players have been taken late in the draft. Three of the players selecting in rounds 31-40 have already been signed and are all playing for rookie level Bristol. Each of them hope to be the answer to trivia questions with memorable MLB careers as late draft picks. Here's a look at the ten picks selected by the White Sox in rounds 31-40. more...

I am amazed at all the info you guys dig up on these late round mostly obscure draft picks.

Very interesting read, well done. Can't wait for the next installment.

HeGawn, i know you play high school baseball in Indiana. Was Ulrey in your conference or something?

No, but I've seen him play and played with a lot of his teamates on travel teams. Theres been a TON of talk since New Pal won state in 2004 with Ulrey and Andrew Clark (18th round) that they BOTH are on steroids. I can pretty much guarantee they both were at one point. BTW Clark is the biggest prick in the world. He was told that he was going to be taken in the top 3 rounds and when he was taken in the 18th he exploded on the scout who called him and told him. The guy is a total dickhead and so is his dad. Clark is also the most overrated piece of s*** in the world. His swing is all screwed up.
